Four held in Delhi for thefts in temples

Four men were arrested for carrying out thefts in temples and houses in east Delhi, the police said Tuesday.
Mahender Singh, 27, Kulwant, 25, Charanjeet, 23, and Goley, 22, were arrested Monday from east Delhi for thefts and burglaries in temples and houses. They mostly operated in the Anand Vihar area, police said.
'We have seized silver ornaments and electronic items worth millions of rupees from them,' said Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (crime branch) Sanjay Tyagi.
