The US military's plans for a partial pullout next year could be hampered by a political impasse in Iraq, which is threatening to delay the country's election in January.

The Iraqi parliament has failed to resolve the impasse on how to conduct the elections, after Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi vetoed an election law.

There are only a couple of days left for parliament to adjust the law, as it must be passed 60 days before a vote.

January 23rd has been put forward as the most appropriate time for a vote by Iraq's majority Shi'ite Muslims.

If no resolution is found, Iraq may have to delay the election for a month, which would be unconstitutional.

The constitution stipulates that the next election should be held by January 31st.

A major delay could affect US plans to end combat operations by August 31st next year.

What kind of news is that? President Michelle Obama and Israeli operative Joe Lieberman have no intention of leaving Iraq. The United States of Israel, based in D.C. and Tel Aviv, hasn’t left Germany yet. Is WW2 over? US/Israeli troops are still in Germany. The only way the D.C. and Tel Aviv global empire and police state fascists are going to leave Iraq is if they are given a “can of military whip-ass” and shown the door.

There were some fools who thought Obama would be any different from Bush. Both serve the interests of the owner/operators of the US. None have any respect for human life, although Obama, not only knows how to read, he also knows how to write and he didn’t buy a ranch to show he was a regular multimillionaire.
