Three pilgrims killed in Gujarat road accident

Three pilgrims were killed and 12 injured when they were going to a temple town in Gujarat when a truck rammed into a jeep, the police said Sunday.
The accident occurred Saturday night near Ghambhoi village of Sabarkantha district, 100 km from here, when the truck hit the jeep going ahead of it.
The group of pilgrims who were going on foot to the temple town had halted for a while when the accident occurred, the police said.
The deceased belonged to Jhalod town of Dahod district.
